It seems that Vik was disturbed at Ricky's "costing him the TSW Tag Title" and had decided to concentrate on obtaining a singles title. Late in 2001, Ricky became the former tag team partner of Scott Scarsdale, but still stayed managed by Kenny Casanova. In a strange turn of events at WOHW, a good 6 months went by where Spanish Fly had accidentally applied his finisher "The Krush Groove" to his partner Scott Scarsdale, in a number of miscued spots. Due to this, hostility elevated. Scott Scarsdale began to believe that his partner was out to get him. He began to bring x-rays of his injury ringside and also wore a neck-brace for a period of time. Eventually, the inevitable split occurred and manager Kenny Casanova sided with Ricky Dominguez. Because of this, Scarsdale decided to take up a managerial role of his own to some degree and has since enlisted the likes of other wrestlers to back him up in his war against his former partner Ricky and Kenny Casanova. Ricky split off of Camp Casanova and got the beat-down by Hardcore Society members H.C. Loc, Danger and Johnny Kain. The Spanish Fly, calling himself "the sexiest tag team specialist" has found a new alliance with Marty The Party Vain's Frat Pack, now Teaming with Eric Everlast (former enemy) and Homerun Kevin Dunn.  Top Opponents: Jeff Starr, Vik Dalishus, Mike Bell, Danger, Eric Everlast, Kevin Dunn, H.C.
